Esperanto is an open-air bar and restaurant belonging to the Carlton Hotel Tel Aviv, and is located by the beach. The bar itself is only open during the summer months. We got there at sunset and the view was just perfect! There is nothing like eating good food and drinking cool cocktails in front of an amazing sunset and a refreshing summer breeze.
We ordered four cocktails, all were excellent. The dishes we ordered were the mezze, fish shawarma (perfect!!), tuna ceviche, crispy fish and fries, everything was just delicious and fresh.
The most outstanding thing was the service, but we were not surprised, the service of the Carlton Hotel is always no less than perfect, and Esperanto is no exception.
A good atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service – the perfect bar!
