    Almog’s Gallery – Royalty experience

Almog’s gallery is a restaurant and a shop in Neve Yamin, near Kfar Saba, and it’s nothing like you’ve ever seen before. Once entering the property it’s like stepping in a fairy tale. The place is huge with indoor space full of antique pieces of furniture, royalty style, and a beautiful outdoor garden. The design is overwhelming and breathtaking. We enjoyed being there so much, it like stepping out reality for a few hours. The restaurant offers a daily breakfast and lunch Buffet, served between 9:00 to 15:00. There a lot of options for vegetarians, as it is a dairy menu, and there are also disehs for vegans. The buffet…

The new breakfast at Cafe Nordoy

Looking for a new breakfast spot in Tel Aviv? Cafe Nordoy (located in the beautiful Nordoy boutique Hotel) has a new breakfast menu, and we were there to try it 🙂 First of all, we loved the decor, European classic style with attention to details. Sitting there makes you feel like you are London 🙂 As for the food, we tried the Soft Scrambled Eggs on Brioche and the Eggs Benedict on an English Muffin. Each one of these dishes is served with bread, vegetables, and dips. Everything was delicious! We can’t wait to try their dinner menu. At the moment the breakfast is only served on weekdays Sunday through…

    Dk’s Chocolate Balls

Who doesn’t like chocolate balls? we definitely do 🙂 so how happy we were to discover Dk’s Chocolate balls, handmade by Dikla, a truly talented Tel Avivan girl, a lawyer by day confectioner by night. It all started a year and a half ago when her friend asked her to make her chocolate balls. The chocolate balls came out good, but she thought they can be better, she then tried and experimented with her own ideas and created unique chocolate balls like no other has ever made. With time she added more flavors and even vegan balls. At first, only her friends purchased the balls, but the word got out and the…

The Drisco Hotel – a piece of history in Tel Aviv

The Drisco is a beautiful hotel resides in a historic building, built in 1886 by two Amercian brothers – the Drisco brothers, and was the first luxury hotel in Jaffa (back then it was called the Jerusalem hotel). We have seen pictures of the hotels before, but once we stepped in the entrance, we saw that it looks even better in real life. The lobby is stunning with a unique design that preserves the authenticity of the original design, felt like we have gone back in time 🙂 there was also a very warm atmosphere walking around the hotel. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast at its restaurant – Zada, which…

    The Inbal Hotel – Jerusalem

We love Jerusalem! so how happy we were to have the chance to stay at the newly renovated Inbal hotel in Jerusalem. Only an hour drive from Tel Aviv, and it feels like a different country.   The hotel was built 36 years ago (designed by the famous architect Yaakov Rechter) and had a few renovations since then, but the recent renovation was the biggest one, where two more floors were added, and instead of the common Jerusalem stones, the new floors were plated in gold tone, which is very unique and beautiful 🙂   The hotel couldn’t have been better located, right by the old city, so the view is…

    Cocktail Bar 223

When we want to go out for a fun night we’ll always go for a good cocktail bar. Tel Aviv has a lot of them in the recent years and 223 is one of our favorites. 223 has the perfect combination of fun atmosphere, great cocktails, friendly service and amazingly delicious food. It is one of the oldest cocktail bars in Tel Aviv established in 2008, and the most awarded bar in Israel!  It’s Located in the north of Dizengoff street and the space is so cozy and intimate.  Our favorite cocktail was The Four Seasons which is serves in a big mushroom shaped cup. We also tried the Italian artichoke, the crispy calamari and the…

New cool bar alert! Bushwick is a new cool restaurant bar that has opened up in the ground floor of the new Fabric Hotel on Nahalat Binyamin st (very close to Rothschild Blvd). The food is more of a restaurant than a bar and every dish we ordered was delicious, especially the salty bread pudding!
