Breakfast at the Lighthouse hotel

This week we were invited to check out the new breakfast by chef Maor Sabag at the Tel Aviv Lighthouse Hotel (one of the Brown hotels). We love to hear about new breakfasts in Tel Aviv, especially when it comes to breakfast at hotels!

The breakfast is served in a buffet style and includes so many delicacies dishes, arancini, Swiss chard, parmesan, eggplant pastries and so much more. In addition to the buffet, a main course is served from the menu, we tried the Frittata and the eggs Florentine that were really tasty and special. For dessert, we tried the pancakes with caramel brownies, marshmallows, and salted caramel, and a jar of brownies crumble, cream patisserie, and salted caramel (there are also excellent pastries and bread in the buffet!).

It was a hot day, but we decided to sit in the open roof garden and feel the sea breeze. When we finished eating, we took a cup of coffee and sat down on the comfortable sunbeds scattered around. The atmosphere was so pleasant and we could sit there for hours!

The breakfast is also opened to non-guests of the hotel and is served from 07:00 to 11:00 at a cost of 95 NIS on weekdays and 120 NIS on Friday (not open on Saturday).
